What are the costs of selling a property?

While each transaction will be slightly different, these are the general fees to expect when selling your property, in Dubai.

  • Agency Fee 2%* of the sale price
  • DLD Fee 4%* of the purchase price plus AED 580
  • Transfer of Ownership Admin Fee AED 2,100 – AED 4,100
  • Developer NOC Fee AED 1000 – AED 5000
  • Conveyancing Fee AED Contract specific
  • Mortgage Early Settlement Fee 1% or AED 10,000
  • Mortgage Release Fee AED 1,290 or AED 1,560 (Islamic Mortgage)
  • Property Blocking Charge AED 1,020 – AED 1,520
